Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support. A professional manner in representing the Administrative Office is maintained at all times. Assists in providing solutions for patients’ and visitors’ problems in a courteous and concerned manner, handling sensitive matters as they arise in the absence of the Administrative Staff and according to hospital policy. Ensures that intra office matters are handled properly and works closely with Hospital staff in satisfying the needs of Administration for appointments, meetings and special request. Maintains appointment schedule and uses discretion in making revisions to the schedule. Maintains confidentiality of the office’s operations and decision-making processes. Supervises clerical personnel and ensures the smooth function of the Administrative office.
Demonstrate supervisory skills and have ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and communication skills required (both written and oral)
Able to simultaneously handle several projects in a successful and accurate manner
