Location: Wadley Regional Medical Center at Hope

Essential Functions: | ||||
1 | Assists in maximizing utilization of resources. | |||
2 | Provides training, orientation, and education of department staff to assist in maintaining staff's | |||
competency and to meet changes of healthcare reimbursement. | ||||
3 | Assists with development and maintenance of a system to ensure timely and accurate | |||
registration and data collection. | ||||
4 | Maintains and evaluates schedule for employees with the assistance of the Admission Supervisor | |||
Secondary Functions: All other duties required by manager. | ||||
QUALIFICATIONS: | ||||
Education/Skills: | High school graduate or GED. Excellent computer and keyboard skills with appropriate | |||
applications. Ability to solve problems and to communicate effectively. | ||||
BLS within 90 days | ||||
CPI/COAP within 90 days | ||||
Experience: | A minimum of two (2) years hospital Patient Access, Business Services, | |||
or related experience. | ||||
