Summary:

This position is responsible for the overall support of the AR teams. Provides administrative support as well as completes special projects and other functions as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing Athena correspondence daily and distributing to SMG practices, AR specialists or other internal departments.

• Completes incoming web portal requests timely and correctly, keeping tracker of all logins assigned

• Provide clerical support including assistance with correspondence memos , scheduling, faxes

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

Education/Experience/Etc:

I. Education: High School diploma or GED

II. Experience (Type & Length): At least 3 years’ related experience.

III. Software/Hardware: Microsoft Office experience required including but not limited to Excel and Word
