Customer Service Representative - per diem
Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Patient Access Supervisor, provides customer service to clients, employees and visitors to Saint Anne’s Hospital Information Desk
Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent
Minimum Work Experience: Six months to 1 year previous experience in health care customer service or comparable position preferred
Other skills and abilities: Customer service and public relations skills. Ability to deal with the public in a difficult and sensitive environment. Bilingual preferred. Basic computer literacy.
