Job Description

Performs Administrative tasks to support the CEO, CFO, COO, and CNO.  Schedules all appointments and meetings via calendars, email, and/or through written memos.  Screens all incoming telephone calls for the through verbal reports or written phone memos. Types all correspondence and/or reports as requested by Administrators.  Attends / records / distributes minutes for various meetings.  Prepares check requests as needed.  Opens and distributes all mail for the Administrative Team.  Copies and distributes materials as requested by the Admin.  Tracks all Capital Expenditure Requests.  Employee has the willingness and ability to perform additional duties and responsibilities in different areas of the department on an as-needed basis or as determined by management.  Consistently strives to understand, anticipate and meet the needs and expectations of patients, co-workers, physicians, and guests.


- Executive Level Administrative Experience.

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Personal Computer use including Microsoft Office

- Ability to handle multiple priorities at a fast pace.
