First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Grant Specialist
The First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Grant Specialist is responsible for training, outreaching, and engaging community partners, system partners, and Steward Health Choice Arizona members. The FEP Grant Specialist will assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of community educational events, trainings, and outreach activities.
*NOTE: This is a grant-funded position paid through September 30, 2019. Additional funding for this position is possible through 2020.*
Works with Fast Forward direct service providers, stakeholders, system partners, and community organizations to facilitate referrals, promote access to services, and increase awareness of First Episode Psychosis (FEP) and the Fast Forward Program. Gathers information, researches inquiries and requests, and assists with internal and external questions related to the Fast Forward program. Maintains up-to-date and accurate database of completed outreach activities and outcomes of outreach activities. Communicates with providers to obtain appropriate data and documentation related to reports. Assists in planning and execution of events, forums, and trainings, including the development of training materials; and performs outreach activities to assist community and system partners in the identification and referral of youth / young adults who may be eligible for FEP services. Serves on internal and external committees and and councils to promote FEP program services and access to care.

Two (2) or more years of experience in a clinical or health care administrative role
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of he Arizona behavioral health system and its resources
Proficiency in writing; excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent computer, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet contractual deadlines
Ability to work independently and make independent decisions
Comfortable with public speaking
Proficient use of a variety of computer based technologies including Microsoft Office products
Valid Arizona Driver's license
