Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or GED with related experience and/or training in nutrition services required. Minimum qualifications of 1 to 3 years experience in foodservice, with recent experience in the past 5 years required. Must have broad knowledge in nutrition and foodservice industry. Good customer relation and communication skills needed. Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks successfully is essential.

General Job Duties/Specifications: Experience with healthcare/retail foodservice, catering, and cashiering preferred. Job routine assignments will be rotated based on the operational needs of the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Patient tray-line assembly, patient tray-passing, dishroom/sanitation procedures, food preparation and portioning with proper food handling procedures, serves food, assembles, stores and rotates stock, catering, cashiering, operation of food service equipment, strong customer service focus
