Responsible for effectively carrying out Host accountabilities including following department procedures when passing out & picking up patient trays, and delivering supplies to the floor pantries.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Organize patient trays accurately & efficiently with careful attention paid to presentation.
Prepare food accurately & efficiently with careful attention paid to presentation.
Complete guest's orders by preparing food and beverages correctly according to dietary restrictions.
Safely operate all job related coffee and food service equipment.
Accurately portions and stocks food and supplies according to department procedures.
Sets up assigned station accurately and efficiently.
Rotates and labels foods and non-food supplies appropriately.
Follows department procedures when Passing Out & Picking Up patient trays.
Follows department procedures when handling silverware.
Follows department procedures when Delivering Supplies to the floor pantries.
Prepares all snacks, nourishment and supplements.
Adjusts menu selections to proper fluid requirements.
Identifies various medical and food service related abbreviations.
Communicates special requests to the production staff.
Works cooperatively and collaboratively building a positive team spirit.
Fosters interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships within the department and the organization.
Makes timely and appropriate decisions in the face of conflicting demands and interests.
Readily adapts to change and welcomes new approaches when circumstances demand it.
Willingness to provide exceptional patient care.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
