Position Summary:
Responsible for processes in the following funcationals areas: employee relations, recruitment, benefits & compensation, training and/or orientation.
Position regularly must exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance related to assigned fucntions. Position reports to Sr. Hr Manager and actions on behalf of director in that person's absence.
Required Skill Set:
MS Office Proficiency; Advanced computer skills; Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong professional working relationships; High level of confidentiality and professionalism; Conflict resolution experience; Ability to adapt to change and manage time. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to speak and write English language fluently.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Experience: One year experience
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS: Associate's Degree; 3+ years of experience; Lawson HR/Payroll experience
