Occupational Therapist - Per Diem
Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapy Supervisor evaluates and treats patients. Also responsible for scheduling, documentation and billing.
This position is per diem.
Reports to the Occupational Therapy Supervisor
1. Graduate of a bachelor's or masters level program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
2. Current Occupational Therapy license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
3. AOTA Registration desirable
4. Current CPR certification
5. NBCOT Certification Renewal every three years

4. Demonstrates care planning that simultaneously incorporates patient and family goals and preferences, physician requirements, and financial issues and constraints.
5. Appropriately addresses patient education needs including, but not limited to
discharge planning, home exercise programs, and equipment needs.
