Job Description
Position Summary: | ||
Under the supervision, and/or direction of the Nursing Director / Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse, performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital.

Position Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities) | ||
High School graduate or equivalent work experience; and | ||
Minimum of six months experience as a Patient Care Tech in a hospital setting; or | ||
EKG, Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification; or | ||
Foreign Nurse/Physician with appropriate documentation | ||
Nursing Student that completed 1st year of Nursing School | ||
Requires a through knowledge of basic nursing functions to meet patient needs for ADL's must be able to work rapidly under stressful situations with many interruptions. | ||
Licenses/Certifications: | ||
Required BLS certification from the American Red Cross |
