Position Summary:
Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability follow disease, injury, or loss of body part.
Licensure/Certification/Education (Required):
List any license, certification or education required for this job (e.g. driver's license, RN License, HHA Certification, Master's Degree, etc.)
  1. Current/Active Florida Physical Therapist License (PT)
  2. American Red Cross OR American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR (BLS)
  3. Education 4: Bachelor's Degree
Specialized Skills (Preferred):
List any preferred knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job.
  1. Adult and Geriatric treament skills
  2. Acute Care treatment skills
