Physician Liaison / Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for providing leadership and management of operations at clinic sites and related outreach. Responsible for developing Physician relationships and coordinating marketing activities. Supervises and/or coordinates the functions related to front desk, business transactions, medical records, transcription, clinical support services, compliance, safety, Marketing, and customer service.  Works collaboratively with clinic medical staff and with system wide administrative and medical staff as needed, and helps with patient navigation.



Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years management experience (preferably in healthcare)
  • Marketing education or experience.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be organized, with excellent customer services skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience working with marketing and/or physicians in a large physician group.
  • Experience developing physician relationships.
  • Healthcare experience.
