Summary:

Responsible to Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital for supporting the corporate mission, vision and values. Responsible to the Nursing Department for following all department and hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care and practice. Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service.

Salary Range: $31.00 - $37.00

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Current Ohio license as a registered nurse by the Ohio Board of Nursing required. â¯
  • Current BLS is required. ACLS required to perform job duties once off orientation
  • Previous experience as an RN preferred.â¯
  • Specific areas require specific qualifications and must meet required skills for unit specific addendum.

Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Performs as a team leader of multi-skilled workers to accomplish plan of care for each patient.
  • Leads multi-skilled team to provide high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive patient care.
  • Independently, makes sound judgments and effective decisions relative to patient care.
  • Performs all skills on the Registered Nurse Equipment/Skills checklist.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
