The Retention Specialist provides customer service for Health Plan members by making outbound calls to collect member satisfaction information and greet new members. Duties will include making 80-85 outbound calls per day and exercising proper customer service technique. Complete follow-up paperwork and duties as necessary to meet or exceed the member's expectations. Ensure that calls are properly coded and documented. Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GEDOne (1) or more years of customer service experienceOne (1) or more years of call center experienceAbility to multitask, problem solve, handle fast-paced and high stress situations, and handle multi-line phonesType 30+ wpmBilingual in English / Spanish preferred
