Job Summary: Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices. Must be conscientious regarding procedures and capable of working under pressure and interacting professionally with other departments within the hospital. Able to accept new ideas and learn position duties.
Job Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of high school or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience as Central Service Technician an AAMI Standards.

Certification/Licensure:

Certification required.

Software/Hardware:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
