Job Description



Coordinates processing and care provided to patients examined by the Physical Therapist in the office.  Assists in maintaining and documenting of patient chart with current information on patient’s condition, care provided, and follow-up prescribed by the Physical Therapist.  Participates in performing or arranging for treatments provided during examination, or needed.

Assists or as directed, with office procedure activities including check in/check out and prior authorizations





·                    High School diploma or GED preferred

·                    Interested in Physical Therapy as a career preferred 

·                    Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
