Job Summary: Receives and processes multiple and successive incoming and outgoing calls according to hospital policy, department training manual and A.T.T. operation manual. Is able to differentiate between routine and emergent calls and reacts accordingly

Qualifications: Switchboard or answering service experience preferred and/or experience working in a hospital environment preferred.
